Prepared for The Spine Center · August 2026

The highest-rated spine practice in the valley. And no way to meet you.

4.90 across 518 reviews, and patient after patient names you personally rather than the clinic. Someone in pain who finds you tomorrow can read all of that — and still has no idea what you are like until they are on the table.

The audit · where you stand today
Your patients already do the hardest part of the marketing. They just cannot show anyone what you are like.

We audited every orthopedic and spine practice in Southern Nevada. Nobody in the survey is rated higher than you are. Not the twenty-six-physician groups, not the surgical practices. A 4.90 across 518 reviews is the kind of number a practice earns one person at a time, and it is the strongest possible foundation for video — because the story is already true, it simply has never been filmed.

Google Ads Transparency Center, August 2026
"After only several treatments, I am able to walk again with very little pain. They are always prompt, courteous and very professional."
Published on your own homepage
"I have seen several different chiropractors in my life and by far she's the best one yet!"
Published on your own homepage

Your reviews name the doctor, not the clinic. That is unusual, and it is exactly the kind of trust that transfers to camera better than any other asset a practice can have.

The gap
Three social accounts, no YouTube
Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn are all linked from your site. The platform where someone researches back pain at eleven at night is missing entirely.
The gap
You write, but nobody hears you
You published blog posts in June and July — a real habit most practices never build. But a written article cannot show a nervous patient your manner, and manner is what your reviews are actually about.
The gap
Paying for clicks with nothing behind them
Two text ads were running the day we checked. Ads rent the attention. A channel keeps it — and right now every click lands somewhere a stranger still cannot meet you.
The opening · what nobody else here has claimed
You have two audiences that search constantly and that no competitor is filming for.
Opening one
The DOT physical nobody has ever explained on camera
Commercial drivers search "what happens at a DOT physical" and "DOT physical near me" constantly, and they need one every two years for their entire career. You offer it same-day, at low cost, with fleet testing for companies, and you are listed in the national TeamCME directory. A four-minute video walking a driver through the exam would own that search in this city, and it costs one morning to make.
Opening two
The attorneys already sending you patients
Your own reviews include "my attorney sent me here," and you publish a dedicated personal-injury intake form. Referral relationships are built on confidence in the provider — and a short film that shows an attorney exactly how their client will be treated does more than any lunch meeting. Nobody in this market is making it.
Ready to film
ProAdjuster 360
A computerized adjustment most patients have never seen. Watching it happen removes the single biggest hesitation people have about chiropractic care.
Ready to film
Cold laser and decompression
Two treatments patients actively search for and almost never understand. Your blog already covers decompression in writing. The script exists.
Ready to film
Pregnancy and pediatric care
The most anxious patients you see, and the ones most reassured by watching a gentle adjustment before they book.
The market gap
Las Vegas spine care has no video leader. Not a weak one — none.

We surveyed 72 orthopedic and spine practices across Southern Nevada. Eighteen have a YouTube channel of any kind. The largest channel in the entire category has 883 subscribers, and it has published nothing since 2024. This is not a crowded field you would be joining late.

YouTube subscriber counts for Southern Nevada orthopedic and spine practices, G Media survey, August 2026. Bars to scale against the category leader.

The asymmetry
Size is not the variable here
The practices above you on that chart are large multi-physician groups. They are ahead on subscribers and behind you on rating — and on a channel, consistency beats headcount. A one-doctor practice that publishes monthly overtakes a large group that publishes never.
Why it stays open
This is a build, not a boost
Video is a six-to-twelve month consistency commitment and nobody in this market has shown the appetite. The category is wide open, and the first practice to commit takes it.
What G Media builds
A doctor-authority video engine, sized for a practice your size.

No agency retainer and no content treadmill. A small, repeatable program built around one filming morning at a time.

👤
The introduction that does not exist yet
Two minutes of you explaining how you work, who you treat and what a first visit feels like. This is the single highest-return video any owner-run practice can make — it turns the trust already sitting in your reviews into something a stranger can experience before they call.
🚚
The DOT physical series
What the exam covers, what disqualifies a driver, what to bring, how long it takes, how a company books its whole fleet. A recurring, searchable, same-day service that every commercial driver needs for their entire career — and there is nothing to watch about it in this city.
🦴
Treatment explainers — the search-intent library
ProAdjuster 360, spinal decompression, cold laser, the McKenzie Method, pregnancy and pediatric adjustments. Plain-language answers to what patients type before they call. These rank for months and work while the office is closed on Friday afternoons.
⚖️
Content aimed at referring attorneys
How you document an auto-accident injury, what your intake process looks like, how quickly a client is seen. A referral channel is a relationship business, and nobody else is making the film that does the talking.
Shorts, from the same morning's footage
Every long piece cut into vertical clips for the Instagram and Facebook accounts you already run. One filming morning yields the flagship video plus 10 to 20 clips — which is what makes this sustainable for a practice with one doctor and a full schedule.
📅
Channel management, end to end
Channel buildout and branding, publishing calendar, titles and thumbnails, captions, descriptions written so AI search tools can cite you, and a monthly scorecard. Your only job is to show up and be the doctor.
Why G Media
A Las Vegas production company, not an agency retainer.
Two studios on Durango
A podcast set and a production stage, a few minutes from West Sahara. A free hour is a filming slot.
On location at your office
Full crew at 7380 West Sahara, worked around your midday break and Friday half-day.
Same-week delivery
Film this week, publish this week. Medical video dies from slow turnaround more than anything else.
Medical vertical experience
HIPAA authorizations, FTC testimonial rules, no PHI on camera, nothing publishes without sign-off.
You own everything
The channel, the raw footage, the finished library — all of it belongs to The Spine Center. If we ever part ways, the entire asset stays with the practice. We are building your library, not renting you ours.
The plan
Three phases. Start with one morning and real numbers.
Phase 1
Foundation
Weeks 1–6
  • Short strategy session — which questions patients ask you most
  • Channel built and branded, linked from your site and all three social accounts
  • One filming morning: your introduction, the DOT physical explainer, and two treatment videos
  • Shorts cut and published to Instagram and Facebook
Phase 2
Authority
Months 2–6
  • Monthly filming rhythm, worked around your schedule
  • The treatment library — decompression, cold laser, ProAdjuster, McKenzie, pregnancy
  • The DOT series extended for drivers and fleet managers
  • First patient films, compliance approved in advance
  • Monthly scorecard: views, search rankings, calls attributed
Phase 3
Category leadership
Month 7 onward
  • Consistent publishing across long form and Shorts
  • The attorney referral series
  • Video creative for the Google ads you already run
  • AI search visibility — structured so ChatGPT and Google's AI cite you
  • Quarterly review of what is working

Each phase is a decision point, not a commitment. We review the scorecard together and move forward only when you want to.

Las Vegas is going to have a spine authority on video.

Given that no practice in this valley is rated higher than yours, and that your patients already talk about you the way people talk about someone they trust, it is hard to argue it should be anybody else. Let's talk about what one filming morning would look like.
